The Emergency First Response Course (EFR) teaches participants the holistic approach to dealing with real life emergencies.

The courses focus on Primary, Secondary and Care for Children through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenarios with the infamous Resusi-Annie + Child.

This is a non-diving training course that builds confidence and knowledge for dealing with those situations that we all hope to never be involved in! It gives you the skills to bridge those few vital minutes while waiting for professional medical care to arrive and actually could save somebody’s life!
