Customized Internships for Every Level
We offer flexible programs ranging from one month to one year, tailored to your current certification and your future goals.
- Divemaster Internship: Focus on leadership, guiding, and boat management.
- IDC Internship: Master the PADI System of Education and prepare for the Instructor Examination (IE).
- MSDT Internship: Stay on after your IDC to earn five Specialty Instructor ratings and reach the 25-certification milestone.
Sponsorships and Language Skills
While we do not offer "free" internships (as we are a professional facility staffed by experts), we do offer customized packages. If you speak multiple languages (Russian, Chinese, Korean, or French) or have specific skills in IT or Marketing, we can discuss individual sponsorships or discounted rates.
What’s Included: Training, Logistics, and Mentorship
Your internship covers all PADI training, but please note that interns are responsible for their own PADI manuals, professional application fees, and mandatory equipment accessories (Dive Computer, Compass, Surface Marker Buoy, etc.). Join the Rainbow Academy and turn the ocean into your office.

Rainbow Divers established PADI in Vietnam in the mid ‘90s and are now synonymous with professional diving and training throughout the country with PADI 5 star centres in Saigon, Nha Trang + Whale Island. They have the senior PADI Course Director, Jeremy Stein and an International Pro-Team at the only PADI CDC, 5 Star IDC Centres in Vietnam.
The Residential Internships are designed to take you from an absolute beginner (if you’ve never dived before) to a professional dive educator. If you are already a certified diver, at any level (with ANY dive association), we’ll design a flexible course program to acknowledge the training you’ve already received and focus on your personal needs.
Your Internship can even be negotiated to offer FREE diver training at all levels with you just being responsible for PADI Manuals, mandatory equipment accessories, Materials + Certification fees.
