Entry level
For those of you who have always dreamed of seeing the Aquatic world or maybe done a try dive or two on holiday. Maybe its time for the first step towards becoming certified. If your nervous, unsure or apprehensive or if your committed and resolute: Rainbow and PADI have the answer.
All entry level courses use the same methodology of softly, softly. We will first introduce you to some basic theoretical principles to keep you safe and confident. Then we will merge in water training in a shallow swimming pool to build your understanding and intuition. Once mastering the required skills we will begin the process again in the Ocean environment where all your hard work will come to pass.

E-learning
The Internet has revolutionized many areas of business and not least Dive training. Diving does require basic theoretical knowledge, for your understanding and confidence. This used to be and still is delivered by Multimedia materials, Books and Videos. Rainbow and PADI believe in the Dive Today philosophy. You spend a lot of time working for your holidays, why spend part of them sat in a classroom.
With PADI E-learning you can now complete all your theory requirements in the comfort of your own home prior to travel. Our PADI instructors will still ensure your understanding, however we can get you almost straight into the water. Specialities
If you have a particular passion for a specific area of diving or just want to scratch an itch, have a look at the plethora of choices we can provide for Speciality courses. Short, simple and affordable these courses give you a great foundation in specific skill sets e.g. Relatively new to recreational diving and find your self disorientated and lost? Navigation spec will give you 3 – 4 dives exclusively mastering the art of compass work and navigational awareness.

Tec Diving
Recreational diving can take you along way. The vast majority of the worlds coral reefs lie in less than 40m of water (your maximum depth as a recreational diver). However there are many areas of the world which get deep, very deep. There are amazing manmade treasures strewn around the ocean beds in the form of shipwrecks. Living history, and natural wonders.
