Then you just need 25 certs to qualify for this experience rating. Here at Rainbow we can offer this over a 3 month period to get you fully prepared for your future teaching career. We will guide you through your first few courses with a team teaching process alongside a PADI Master Instructor or IDC Staff Instructor (maybe even with our Course Director!). Once you have ‘found your feet’ you fly solo across a range of courses and learn the ins and outs of an active teaching lifestyle.
It will also give you a broad overview and experience of sales and marketing; How to organise and manage diver flow from sign up to certification; And of course plenty of fun and parties along the way.
