| To complete your Open water certification you require 1 full day or two half days of confined water training (Swimming pool): Saigon, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Con Dao, Whale Island. |
| 4-6 ocean dives (depending on which course) can be completed at or split between: Phu Quoc, Con Dao, Nha Trang, Whale Island and Hoi An. Maximum 2-3 training dives per day |
