| Complete a thorough briefing and quiz with your instructor. |
| Enjoy around 2 hours basic training in the swimming pool. |
| Learn basic independence skills |
| Practice and obtain buoyancy skills. |
Perform two ocean dives – Dive 1, to 6m with a skills refresher and tour.
Dive 2, full underwater guided tour with your instructor to 12m. |
