Where to do we begin to express just how happy we are with Rainbow Divers Viet Nam? From the very start chatting to the first person we met right through to the last person we saw who gave us a huge hug, everyone, without exception was fantastic. In todays world where sadly customer service is not always top of peoples list we are happy to say that Rainbow Divers absolutely excel in this subject.
In just under 2 weeks we have dived at two bases with Rainbow Divers both at Nha Trang and Hoi An. Personally they have seen me go from a snorkeler of many years through my PADI Open Water and even through my PADI Advanced Open Water.
Safety is absolutely paramount with Rainbow Divers backed immediately by a solid sense of customer service experience and then a wonderful mix of fun. Dive/boat briefings are delivered in a fun yet solidly professional manner. 'Choose the boat with the red flag & yellow star' and 'Being sold a plastic lobster' were our personal favorites.
My personal thanks to Alex Portier who took me through my Open Water is such a smooth and controlled way. If there is a recomendation that can be forwarded for 'Employee Of The Month' then I would like to propose Alex, based upon the fact that he is such a great person and absolute Ambassador for all that Rainbow Divers should be.
Mo Ratman up in Hoi An was also great and glided us though out our PADI Advanced.
In short, we will personally vouch for these people from the Owner to the boat boy, to the shop girls, to the cooks, to the Dive Masters and even the bus driver who did not beep his horn once in 4 days - top skills to you all.

What better way to say how good the whole dive crew were than National Geographic PADI 5*. Very rarely do you ever say that nothing needs to be improved when it comes to customer service. Everyone single person was 100% spot on and exuded RAINBOW DIVERS brand and beliefs in a very natural way. Just an absolute pleasure to dive with and spend time chilling out with. DIVE HERE!

Rainbow Divers was the best!!! I took my Open Water course with Matt in February and he was a fabulous instructor. The dive center is extremely well organized, the staff is super friendly and we learned so much. Definitely try and dive with Matt he was the greatest and made us feel safe even though we were a bit scared to be diving for the first time (although I'm sure everyone else is very qualified as well). Since Vietnam I've gone diving in Thailand and Indonesia and am very comfortable due to the PADI course. We had a great experience and it is well worth the extra cost. Cheers!

I just wanted to say what an amazing time I had with the rainbow divers! Although I did not dive, I snorkeled, and although I would have loved to have the time to learn how to dive (I was on a cruise leaving the same day) I didn't feel like I missed out on a thing! The staff was friendly and funny and totally helpful -- and if I ever find myself in Vietnam again I promise I will return!

I made the open water course in Nha Trang in February 09 at Rainbow Divers.I have well enjoyed it .The Instructor ( Jos ) was very professionel and the equipment in good state.All the dives without any problems.I had a great time doing the course with these guys.I can only recommend this diving academy.
